BCFoods Gansu Co., Ltd. trades in China as Jiuquan Dunhuang Seed Industry Baijia Food Co., Ltd. (酒泉敦煌种业百佳食品有限公司). It was established in April 2008 and operates in the Jiuquan Economic and Technological Development Zone in Suzhou District, Jiuquan, Gansu Province. It is one of the larger dehydrated vegetable processors in China.

The business covers growing, processing, sale and export of dehydrated fruit and vegetables, spices and seasonings, and food ingredients. Its listed products are tomato paste, dehydrated tomato and tomato products, dehydrated onion and onion products, dehydrated green and red bell pepper products, and paprika. About 80 percent of output is exported, to markets including the United States, Canada, Germany, Japan, Brazil, Malaysia and Turkey.

The plant is part of BCFoods, an ingredient supplier with research, production and service sites in the United States and China. Sister operations in Shandong handle spices and seasoning blends, and the group draws on owned and contract growing bases in Shandong, Hebei, Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang and Gansu.
