Fujian Pure Flavors Bio Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. (福建正味生物科技有限公司) develops and manufactures food ingredients from buildings 1 and 2 of block 10 in the Fuzhou bonded zone, inside the Fujian pilot free trade zone, Fuzhou, Fujian Province.

Its products cover standardised catering seasonings, meat extracts and pastes, quality improvers, flavouring, colouring and preservation ingredients. Named lines include a multi-flavoured meat extract paste and a braising seasoning, and the company markets several own brands including Panzhongwei, Bowei, Meishijiang, Daojin, Dingjin and Zhengwei Shiyan.

The company holds national high and new technology enterprise status and national Green Factory designation, and is registered as a Fujian science and technology small giant enterprise, a provincial specialised and innovative SME, a provincial enterprise technology centre and a doctoral innovation station.
