Guangdong ADD Flavor & Fragrance Co., Ltd. (广东江大和风香精香料有限公司) was set up on 1 April 2004 and is based at the Zhucun industrial park in Dongpu, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. It develops, makes and sells food flavours, meat and seafood extracts, vegetable extracts and compound seasonings, supplied both as powders and as pastes. It is registered as a national high-tech enterprise.

The company reports total investment of more than 700 million yuan in production technology and automated equipment for meat extraction, and annual capacity of about 20,000 tonnes across its liquid flavour, meat extract, seafood extract and vegetable extract lines. Production runs in GMP workshops operated under the ISO 22000:2005 food safety management system. Its outputs are used in instant noodles, meat products, bakery, snack foods, frozen foods, retail and catering seasonings, puffed-snack seasoning and soy sauce and sauce manufacture.

ADD operates as a group with three related businesses, Guangzhou Jiangda Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Zuoweijia Food Co., Ltd. and Jiangshun Raw Material Trading Co., Ltd., covering ingredient production, finished seasoning and raw material trading.
