Henansheng Keryfood Technologies Co., Ltd.

Henan Kerui Food Technology Co., Ltd. (河南省科瑞食品技术有限公司), trading as Keryfood, was founded in 2004 and is based in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, with offices in the Lianhua Street electrical and electronics industrial park. It makes compounded additives and seasonings for meat processors.

The product list is organised around meat processing: meat binders, emulsifying compound thickeners, injection-type and tumbling-type compound thickeners for meat, compound thickening stabilisers, sausage thickeners and water-retention thickeners for beef injection. Separate lines cover seasonings for sausage, barbecue and vegetarian applications, water-retention thickeners for wheat-flour products, and compound acidity regulators and processing aids for pork-skin and prepared pork products. Manufacturing runs from a plant on a site of about 20 mu.

The company set up an in-house technical centre of roughly 400 square metres in 2014 for additive development and application testing. In 2015 the China Meat Association named it a China meat food industry brand of influence, and the company's legal representative, Wang Min, was seated on the association's fifth council that year. Also in 2015 it formed a tie with the Spanish flavour house Ceylan, hosting Ceylan's Asian regional flavour application technology centre at its Zhengzhou site and acting as agent for Ceylan products in China. Ceylan-branded seasonings, including lemon and hot chilli flavour preparations, are sold through this arrangement.
