Hunan AFF Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (湖南汇湘轩生物科技股份有限公司) makes food flavours and compound seasonings for catering at 19 Dingsheng Road in the Liuyang high-tech industrial development zone, Changsha, Hunan Province, where it occupies its own industrial park.

The company covers formulation, design, production, sales and application support, and is organised around separate flavour development, technical application, quality management and production centres. It holds high and new technology enterprise status.

Output includes meat, beef and chicken flavours, flavours for extruded and puffed snacks, and a marinade flavour cream. A dedicated department works on seasoning systems for prepared dishes. In 2020 the company entered a partnership with the Hunan cuisine chef Xu Juyun, who acts as its technical adviser and recipe consultant.
