Shanghai Senfengyuan Bee Products packs and sells honey and other bee products. The range covers single-origin honeys, among them linden honey from northeastern China, portable single-serve honey, propolis and royal jelly, gift packs and registered bee-based medicinal products. It also imports manuka honey from New Zealand under its Hakatere Naturals brand and takes on OEM and ODM contract packing.

The business dates from 1967 and grew out of a beekeeping family. It runs its own apiaries, which it puts at 220,000 mu of forage land, along with two overseas honey source bases and three production sites, and its Shanghai factory is at Zhelin in the Fengxian district. Daily honey output is stated at 50 tonnes. It is designated a national key enterprise under China's agricultural industrialisation programme and a Shanghai high-technology enterprise, and the Senfengyuan name is a registered Shanghai time-honoured brand.
