Shanxi Hongfuhua Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. (山西弘芙华农业科技有限公司) was established in 2017 and operates from the Fenglingdu Development Zone in Yuncheng, Shanxi Province. Total investment in the project was 300 million RMB and the site covers about 80,000 square metres. The company works on a company, base and farmer model, drawing fruit from contracted orchards in the surrounding growing area.

Three production lines are installed: a quick-frozen fruit and vegetable line rated at 10,000 tonnes a year, a fruit pulp and jam line rated at 15,000 tonnes a year, and an automated preserved-fruit line rated at 3,000 tonnes a year. Output covers frozen fruit and vegetables, fruit jams and pulps, grain pastes, dried fruit pastes and packaged snack items, with more than a hundred stock items in total.

Processing equipment was imported, including an Italian Omme automated line, a BOEMA jam line and Urschel dicing machinery from the United States. The company holds ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP and BRC certification.
