Zhejiang Baihui Biotechnology concentrates fruit juices. Green plum and dark plum concentrates are the main lines, used as the base for suanmeitang and similar drinks, with hawthorn, strawberry, mulberry, orange, pear, fig and blueberry concentrates alongside them. The company also makes fruit enzyme liquors, plum extract and tablets, and dried fruit, and works to customer formulations for drinks makers and processing plants.

The plant is at Changxing county in Huzhou, on the south-west shore of Lake Taihu. It runs ultrafine milling equipment, juice extraction and vacuum concentration vessels and its own microbiology laboratory. The company holds ISO 9001 certification and a Chinese SC food production licence.
