Zhejiang Weihai Food Ingredients Co., Ltd. is a privately held producer of seasonings, edible flavours and food ingredients at 555 Shunhe Road, Feiyun subdistrict, Ruian, in Wenzhou, Zhejiang province.

The head plant covers more than 16,000 square metres of building area. Registered capital is RMB 20 million and stated annual capacity exceeds 10,000 tonnes. The company set up Jinhua Weihai Food Co., Ltd. in the Lanxi economic development zone in 2007 and opened a research centre in Shanghai in 2008.

Production draws on local marine and livestock raw materials, using poultry, meat and seafood as feedstock for enzymatic hydrolysis, spray drying, microwave drying and vacuum drying. The range is organised into eight units and more than 300 series covering seafood, meat and compound seasonings, sold into meat processing, braised and marinated foods, instant noodles, extruded snacks, frozen foods, baking, chicken powder and retail seasoning. The company holds ISO 9001 and FSSC food safety certification, sells in more than twenty Chinese provinces and exports to Southeast Asia, and is a member of the China Food Additives and Ingredients Association.
