When we talk with an overseas buyer, we start by naming the manufacturer or the brand of the ingredient and the certificates it carries, such as ISO 9001, BRC, Kosher or Halal, and our price is quoted against exactly those conditions. So you know who made the material, what stands behind it and what you are paying for before you spend a dollar with us.
Factory Tour
Partners who visit our office in Shanghai usually go on with us to the factories, because many clients want to see where their ingredient is made before they order.
We arrange the visits with the manufacturers, travel with you and sit in on the meetings. You walk the production line, meet the people who run it and ask your questions face to face. Tell us your dates and we will plan the route.
How We Source
Direct Factory Sourcing
We recommend the factory, or work from the one you name, negotiate the price in Mandarin and check the certificates against the paperwork.
Mixed Container Shipping
We combine several ingredients into one shipment, a 20' FCL, or LCL when the total is small.
Competitive Pricing
We buy the same ingredients every month, so we usually know what a better price looks like, and that is the price we quote you.
