Its ultrafine grinding process came out of an incubation project in the food section of the National Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Technology Innovation Centre, and runs on domestically developed equipment using low temperature sealed ceramic milling. The pastes are ground to a fineness above 1,000 mesh.
Alongside black sesame, pistachio and almond butters, the company makes coffee paste, dried fruit paste and raisin paste. The coffee paste is made by grinding whole roasted beans into a paste. It exhibits at the spring FIC fair run by the China Food Additives and Ingredients Association.
