Chiping Shengkang Foodstuff dries and mills vegetables and spices for the seasoning trade. Its range covers dehydrated garlic powder, granules and flakes, onion powder and granules, chilli granules, carrot granules and the dehydrated ginger listed here, along with compound seasonings.

The company started in April 1999 at Boping in Chiping, Liaocheng, and sells most of its output to Europe and North America. It registered with the United States FDA in 2005 and has since taken HACCP, ISO 9001, BRC and OU Kosher certification as well as USDA and EU organic factory approval. Shandong designated it a provincial key agricultural industrialisation enterprise in 2010.
