Guangzhou Honsca Industrial, one arm of the Honsea group, sells food ingredients across several families. Functional proteins and peptides are the core, walnut peptide among them, with soy and collagen peptides alongside. The rest of the catalogue covers emulsifiers and thickeners, modified starches and polyols, natural vitamin E and plant sterols, natural colours, fruit and vegetable powders, and fruit preparations such as jams and juice bases.

The group runs a research and production base of about 50 mu in the Yunpu industrial zone in Huangpu District, Guangzhou, with a commercial office in Zhujiang New Town in the same city. It trades through several companies, chemical and industrial arms in Guangzhou, a fine chemical company in Shanghai and another in Hong Kong, which is how it handles domestic sales and export separately.
