Hainan Yiran Biological Engineering Co., Ltd. (海南懿然生物工程有限公司) was established in 2016 with registered capital of 10 million RMB. It works on noni fruit and is based at Jinjiling Farm in Ding'an County, Hainan Province. The site covers more than 150 mu with about 20,000 square metres of buildings.

The company runs the chain from noni cultivation through fermentation, research, manufacture and sale, and takes OEM contract work. Its output covers noni enzyme juice and enzyme powder, noni juice and concentrate, noni puree, dried noni fruit, noni fruit tea and compound noni fruit juices, with organically grown grades in the range.

Certifications held are Chinese organic product certification, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP, with US FDA facility registration. Products are exported to Europe, the United States, Japan, Korea and Africa. The company was the first Chinese producer to export noni raw material, which had previously not been shipped abroad from China. It has exhibited at the spring Food Ingredients China trade fair.
