Haining Jiheng makes solid drinks and botanical extracts from food-and-medicine plants, ginger above all. Its finished lines run to instant ginger tea, ginger pieces, ginger candy, jam and ginseng tea, while the ingredient side of the business covers alcohol extraction of ginger, jujube and chrysanthemum into flavour materials, dietary supplement and functional food ingredients, cosmetic raw materials and extracts such as coffee extract.

The company opened in June 1999 in the Guodian industrial park at Yanguan, Haining, Zhejiang, on a site of 16,524 square metres, with a reported investment of 150 million yuan. It sells under the ANN and Leerfu brands, the latter a Jiaxing city trademark, and holds recognition as an agricultural products demonstration enterprise.
