Henan Tailijie Biotech Co., Ltd. (河南泰利杰生物科技有限公司) was founded in 1995 and makes soluble dietary fibre at the Xiangzi Road industrial park in Mengzhou, Henan Province. It is registered as a national high-tech enterprise.

Polydextrose is the main product, sold both on its own and as a dietary fibre blend for baking. The plant has a production line rated at 20,000 tonnes a year of soluble dietary fibre. Output is sold domestically and exported to several countries and regions.

The company holds a number of Chinese invention patents and took part in drafting the national standard for polydextrose. It has carried out a national Torch Programme project on soluble dietary fibre and a project under the national technology innovation fund for small and medium technology enterprises covering a new extraction process for dietary fibre above 95 percent purity.
