Henan Tiantian Seasoning Food grinds and blends spices. The work covers single spice powders such as star anise, chilli in powder and flake form, and compound seasonings, braising mixes and barbecue rubs made to a customer's recipe for catering and snack food producers.

The company works at Xinzheng, near Zhengzhou in Henan, and runs two grinding lines, one for chilli and one that mills at low temperature so that volatile aroma compounds and colour survive the process. It takes part in growing its raw material as well as processing it, and handles formulation development for customers who want a blend rather than a component.
