Inner Mongolia Wuyuan Saixin Flour Co., Ltd.

Inner Mongolia Wuyuan County Saixin Flour Industry Co., Ltd. (内蒙古五原县塞鑫面业有限公司) traces its start to 1993 and was registered in its present form on 16 April 2003. It is at 13 Lixin Road, Wuyuan county, in the Bayannur prefecture of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, in the centre of the Hetao plain between the Yin Mountains to the north and the Yellow River to the south. Earlier registered names were Wuyuan County Saixin Food Co., Ltd. and Saixin Flour Industry Co., Ltd.

The site covers 19,960 square metres and total assets are stated at 27 million yuan. It runs one fully enclosed wheat flour line with a milling capacity of 300 tonnes of wheat per day, producing general purpose and specialty wheat flours. Grain is drawn from Hetao wheat, which has a long growing season, high sunshine hours and a wide diurnal temperature range.

Its Xinle flour trademark was recognised as an Inner Mongolia trademark in 2014, and the company was named a regional trusted grain and oil enterprise in 2015. It is classed as a technology-based small and medium enterprise and was recognised as a high-tech enterprise in 2023. Its licensed scope includes direct and agency import and export.
