INNOBlO Corporation Limited

INNOBIO Corporation Limited was founded in 2003 by Wu Wenzhong, initially as a contract laboratory, and now manufactures functional nutrition ingredients. Its head office is at No. 49 in the Dalian Development Area, Dalian, Liaoning Province. It runs production bases at Dalian and at Jiamusi in Heilongjiang, and holds subsidiaries in the United States, the Netherlands, Shanghai and Heilongjiang.

The ingredient range covers amino acids and peptides, carotenoids, nutritional lipids and vitamins, sold under the Synnovo, XanGuard, DurOmega and LocVita brand names. The company builds these around biosynthesis, green chemistry and microencapsulation, and offers encapsulation, extraction and custom blending as services. End uses named include eye health, sports nutrition, weight management, infant formula, medical nutrition, food and beverage and animal nutrition.

Production runs from a cGMP certified plant with a separate in-house research centre. Distribution reaches North America, Western and Eastern Europe, Asia, Australia, the Middle East, Africa and Central and South America. Facility area, output volumes and headcount are not published.
