Jiangxi Cereal Food makes instant cereal flakes, the pre-cooked flaked grain that hydrates without further cooking and goes into breakfast cereals, instant porridge and cereal drinks. The company is built around the deep processing of whole grains rather than refined cereal fractions, and it develops the products as well as manufacturing them.

It works from a site of more than 30,000 square metres at Yichun in Jiangxi, built with total investment of 130 million yuan, and runs its own production and laboratory equipment. Certification covers ISO 9001, HACCP and FSSC 22000 together with halal approval, and the company sells both in China and for export.
