Jiangxi Changhui Food makes non-dairy creamer. It spray dries vegetable oils and starch syrup into powder and uses microencapsulation to carry the fat, selling the result into milk tea, coffee whitener, instant oat cereal, ice cream, cakes and baking, whipping powder and confectionery.

The company started in November 2008 and works from a site of about 27,000 square metres with registered capital of 10 million yuan, fixed assets above 50 million yuan and 135 staff. It runs four creamer lines with a combined capacity of 50,000 tonnes a year, and creamer is the whole of its output rather than one line among many.
