Lvjie makes apple cider vinegar and the ingredients drawn from it. The range covers fermented cider vinegar in liquid form, including an organic grade, apple cider vinegar powder, apple extract and cider vinegar extract, for drinks, supplements and food manufacturing.

The company was founded in 2005 at Longkou in Yantai, Shandong, one of the main apple growing areas in northern China, with registered capital of 61 million yuan. It farms roughly 670 hectares of its own orchards, runs a raw cider vinegar fermentation station of about 10,000 tonnes and five automated lines, and puts capacity at 80,000 tonnes a year, so it holds the chain from fruit through fermentation to powder. Its vinegar carries the Chinese Green Food A grade, it has held ISO 22000 certification since 2010, and it was recognised as a high technology enterprise in 2013.
