Magceutics WuXi Limited

Magceutics WuXi is the Chinese arm of the American company Neurocentria and it makes Magtein magnesium L-threonate, the patented magnesium salt of L-threonic acid developed for brain health products. Besides the raw material it makes finished Magtein lines for the Chinese market, capsules in first and second generation forms and an oral liquid.

The company settled in the Wuxi Huishan life science park in Jiangsu in 2013, with registered capital of 82.17 million yuan and total investment above 100 million yuan, and it holds the production and sales rights for the patented ingredient in China. The Magtein patent belongs to Guosong Liu, who created the brand in California in 2006 and took it to the United States market in 2010; more than 400 branded products now use it.
