Shandong Guohetang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (山东国和堂制药有限公司) was established in 2016 at 36 Jingsan Road in the Yantai High-Tech Zone, Yantai, Shandong Province. It develops, produces and sells traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, health foods, foods for special medical purposes and dietary supplements, and works to GMP standards.

Its coenzyme Q10 is sold under the Guohetang brand in capsule form and carries Chinese health food registration, the so-called blue hat approval. The company holds more than 80 blue hat product registrations and 81 registered trademarks, and has developed over 400 formulations across medicine-food homology and dietary supplement categories. It also does contract manufacturing for other brands.

It is designated a national high-tech enterprise and holds both Yantai municipal and Shandong provincial specialised and innovative small and medium enterprise status. It maintains research links with China Pharmaceutical University, Jiangnan University, Yantai University and Shandong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Products are exported to Germany, the United States, Vietnam, Iraq, South Korea and countries in Africa.
