Shandong Shenzhou Flavouring and Food Co., Ltd. (山东神州调味食品有限公司) is the manufacturing subsidiary of Beijing Shenzhou Flavour Technology Co., Ltd., which built and wholly owns it. The plant is on Zheng'an North Road in Jibei Economic Development Zone, Jiyang District, Jinan, Shandong Province.

The site covers 90,000 square metres and total investment was 500 million RMB. Two lines are in operation: a compound seasoning line rated at 20,000 tonnes a year, and a spray-drying line for natural extracts rated at a further 20,000 tonnes a year. The company's stated aim is to build one of the larger production bases for fermented seasoning powders.

Output covers compound seasonings, natural extracts, natural and fermented fruit and vegetable powders, fermented compound seasoning powders and oat rice. The group also works on prepared dishes and low-glycaemic-index foods. Manufacturing is organised around customer-specific formulation rather than a fixed catalogue, and the company is classified as a high-technology enterprise. It is registered with the China Food Additives and Ingredients Association and has exhibited at the spring Food Ingredients China trade fair.
