The business was set up in December 2012 as part of the Shanghai Ever Bright group and holds registered capital of 190 million yuan. It runs slurry-process CMC lines at Shanghai Jinshan and at Yantai in Shandong, where the plant covers about 62,000 square metres and annual capacity reaches 45,000 tonnes. Certification includes ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, IATF 16949, Halal and Kosher. The group keeps subsidiaries and warehouses in North America and the Middle East.
