Sichuan Jingjing Food Co., Ltd. (四川省旌晶食品有限公司) traces its start to 1985 and was formally registered on 19 November 1998. It is based at 59 Longquanshan South Road Section 3 in Deyang, Sichuan Province, with registered capital of 10 million RMB. Its legal representative is Chen Dechang.

The company processes corn and coarse grains into flours and micro-milled cereal powders, and is described as one of the first Chinese businesses to work on whole grain health foods. Its range covers instant corn flour and corn porridge, mixed grain flours, and versions fortified with iron, zinc, calcium and carotene, sold under the Jingjing brand.

It was a drafting body for the Chinese industry standards covering instant corn flour and instant miscellaneous grain flour, and for the Ministry of Agriculture green food standards on instant cereal powder and on corn and corn products. It also took part in drafting a group standard on low glycaemic index foods. It holds ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP certification obtained in 2014, was named a Sichuan provincial key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialisation in 2015, and was granted five invention patents in 2022. In 2018 it set up a joint research centre on corn and coarse grains with specialists from Sichuan University.
