Taizhou Shubenshu Food Co., Ltd. processes dehydrated vegetables, fruits and spices from a plant at 678 Suhai Industrial Cluster, Hainan Town, in Xinghua, a county-level city under Taizhou in Jiangsu Province. Xinghua is the centre of China's dehydrated vegetable trade, and the company produces and exports through the year rather than only in season.

Its range includes dehydrated carrot, onion, scallion, chive, leek, garlic, bell pepper, cabbage, potato and tomato, sold in dice, slice, granule and powder forms. The company also mills organic fruit and vegetable powders. It grows part of its raw material on its own farming base, which has passed organic inspection for more than 20 crops, among them courgette, tomato, carrot, spinach, onion and broccoli.

The company is a member of the China Food Additives and Ingredients Association and exhibits at the association's spring Food Ingredients China fair. It supplies customers in China and overseas.
