Xinghua Weitejia Food makes dehydrated vegetables, vegetable powders and ground spice seasonings at the Dongdang industrial park in Hainan Town, Xinghua. Ground spices are the part of the range this directory draws on, white pepper among them, and the dehydrated onion, garlic and chilli lines feed the powders milled alongside them.

The site covers 10,000 square metres, with 9,000 square metres of production buildings and a 1,200 square metre office block, on a stated total investment of about 38 million yuan. The company employs more than 80 people. Two dehydration and drying lines feed a clean workshop of roughly 5,000 square metres built to GMP standards, giving 3,000 tonnes of dehydrated vegetables a year, and four separate spice lines add a further 2,500 tonnes.
