The company was set up in September 2009 with registered capital of 140 million yuan. Its production site sits in the national high-technology development zone at Kunming and covers 70 mu, on a stated project investment of 360 million yuan. Alongside the extracts the company develops and sells agricultural products, and its licences also cover prepackaged food, cosmetics and chemical products and its own import and export.
