Zhejiang EVERPRO Food Co., Ltd.

Zhejiang EVERPRO Food Co., Ltd. develops, produces and sells food raw materials and has worked in the field for about twenty years. Its office is at Room 802, Block N, 88 Xiangyuan Road, Gongshu District, Hangzhou, and its factory is in the Zhejiang Moganshan High-tech Zone.

The plant runs a centrally controlled automated line with extraction, fermentation, enzymolysis, centrifugation, spray drying and powder blending stages. It holds Chinese SC production licences for edible flavours, concentrated lactic acid bacteria fermentation broth, fermented tea beverages, beverage concentrates, compound emulsifier and thickener blends and solid drinks, and is certified to FSSC 22000.

The research centre is organised into three laboratories covering flavour application, colloid stabilisation and fermentation engineering, and provides formulation and process work for beverage, dairy, jelly and pudding and food-service drink customers. Listed products include blended gums and kombucha fermentation broth. The company is a member of the China Food Additives and Ingredients Association.
