Zunyi Zhongjiao Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

Zunyi Zhongjiao Biotechnology processes chillies into extracts and ground products, in four groups: capsicum oleoresin, paprika red colour, chilli powder and compound chilli seasonings. The paprika colour is an oil-soluble liquid of capsanthin and capsorubin, and the company also makes water-soluble and water-dispersible versions of it.

The company started in August 2019 and works from the international chilli industry park in Bozhou district, Zunyi, Guizhou. Its 16,600 square metre plant holds two 100-tonne granulation lines, two continuous extraction lines with automated separation and blending, three automatic filling lines and two seasoning lines, together with a testing centre and ambient and cold storage. Combined line capacity reaches 30,000 tonnes a year. Customers are in food, pharmaceuticals and household chemicals.
