CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited is a pharmaceutical group listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under stock code 1093, where it has traded since 1994. It joined the Hang Seng Index in 2018, the first pharmaceutical constituent since that index began, and also sits in the Hang Seng Composite, Healthcare and China Enterprises indices.

The business is split into finished drugs and bulk drugs. Finished-drug work centres on the nervous system, oncology, anti-infectives and cardiovascular disease, with NBP, Domeisu, Jinyouli, Keaili and Xuanning among the principal products. The bulk-drug segment is the one relevant to food and nutrition buyers: it covers vitamin C, antibiotics and a caffeine series. Manufacturing for the group is concentrated in Shijiazhuang, Hebei province.

Research is spread across bases in Shijiazhuang, Shanghai, Beijing and the United States, working on small-molecule targeted drugs, nano-drugs, monoclonal and bispecific antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates and biological drugs in immunology.
