Fujian Funingpu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. makes pharmaceutical gelatin, edible gelatin and collagen peptides at No. 1-10 Wenpu Road, Yacheng Town, Xiapu County, Ningde City, Fujian province. Its founder entered the gelatin trade in the late 1980s, and the company counts more than 30 years of manufacturing behind its current standards.

The production base covers about 82,000 square metres. It runs a gelatin line rated at 16,000 tonnes a year and a collagen peptide line rated at 8,000 tonnes a year, both grown from earlier capacities of 15,000 and 3,000 tonnes. Funingpu developed its own integrated central control for the lines, so the process runs fully enclosed under automatic precision control.

Certification covers GMP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, together with Kosher certification and IMSOC European Union admittance qualification, and the company conforms to the SEMTA 4P social responsibility audit. Its gelatin and collagen go into pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics and health supplements, sold across China and exported to dozens of countries in Europe, the Americas, Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.
