The Yushang business dates from 2008, when it began importing concentrated fruit and vegetable juice into China under Heilongjiang Yushang Food Ingredients Co., Ltd. Guangdong Yushang Great Health Food Technology Co., Ltd. was set up in Guangzhou in 2021 to move the group into organic juice, and the two companies now run the business jointly from offices in Harbin and in the Haizhu district of Guangzhou.

The range covers conventional and organic juice concentrates, purees, NFC juice, pulp, fruit powder and fermented juice, sourced from growing regions and juice plants in Asia, Europe, Africa, North and South America and Oceania. The company names Brazil, Israel, Spain, the United States, Chile and Turkey among more than ten supplying countries, and says it holds its own import and export licence and operates cold chain warehousing at several Chinese ports and cities.

The company timeline records a shift from pure trading toward processing. It gained independent import rights in 2012, redirected itself toward technology and in-house development in 2014, and in 2018 built its own plant and production lines, including concentrate and NFC juice lines in both northern and southern China for Chinese-grown fruit. From 2020 it began developing finished consumer products with downstream partners, including a collagen peptide drink and a taurine energy drink.
