Heilongjiang Kangping Bioengineering Co., Ltd. (黑龙江省康平生物工程有限责任公司) was established in 2003 and operates from a site on National Highway 102 in Shuangcheng, Harbin, Heilongjiang province. Production centres on freeze-dried bovine colostrum powder, made as a bulk raw material and as finished dairy-based formats including solid beverages and compressed tablet candy. The company states that the immunoglobulin activity of its freeze-dried powder exceeds the industry standard.

The site holds dairy GMP quality management certification and HACCP food safety certification. Kangping supplies contract manufacturing alongside its own raw material output.
