Jiangsu Seamild Food Co., Ltd. (江苏西麦食品有限责任公司) processes oats and cereals at the junction of Tonghu Avenue and Gusu Road in the Suqian Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangsu Province. Its listed products are rolled and instant oats, crispy oats, oat flour, oat peptide and cereal mixes.

It is a subsidiary of Guilin Seamild Foods Co., Ltd., a listed oat company that operates across the chain from raw grain to finished product. The Seamild brand dates from 1994.

The group runs four production and development bases, at Hezhou in Guangxi, Dingxing and Zhangbei in Hebei, and Suqian in Jiangsu, and sources its oats from the northern Chinese growing belt. Its processing lines were supplied in partnership with Bühler.
