Jiangxi Baicao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is at No. 269 Nanshan Road in the Jinggangshan Economic and Technical Development Area of Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province. The company was set up in the development area in March 2012 and completed a 3,600 square metre plant oil extraction building in December 2013.

The GMP-certified factory covers 28,600 square metres and is arranged as two workshops with six production lines each, one for natural essential oils and one for plant extracts. Raw material is drawn from locally grown herbs, and the range includes eucalyptus, peppermint, tea tree, patchouli and clove oils, along with extracts such as ginseng, epimedium and paeonol. Garlic oil is supplied within the food additive oil series. Output is sold into pharmaceutical, cosmetic, health food, tobacco and food additive applications, and exported to Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

The certification record on the company site runs from GMP approval in August 2015 and CFDA filing of its volatile oil extract in 2016 through ISO9001:2015 and FDA registration in 2018, an SGS Gold Plus supplier certificate in 2020, a Food Production Certificate and ISO22000 in mid-2023, and Halal certification of the essential oils in October 2023. Quality control uses GC, HPLC and GC-MSD.
