Jiaxing Xinxin Food Technology makes starches for food processing. The range covers pregelatinised starch, which thickens in cold water without cooking, modified starches, batter and breading systems and dry premixes, worked out for baked goods, extruded snacks, fried coatings, rice and flour products and savoury snacks.

The company works from Jiaxing in northern Zhejiang and puts development alongside manufacturing, taking on formulation problems in coating, frying and baking for its customers. It was one of the drafting units for GB/T 38573-2020, the Chinese national standard for pregelatinised starch, alongside Jiangnan University and the modified starch committee of the China Starch Industry Association.
