Shenzhen Shenbao Huacheng Tech.Co., Ltd.

Shenzhen Shenbao Huacheng Tech. Co., Ltd. was registered on 10 April 2002 as Shenzhen Shenbao Huacheng Food Co., Ltd. and took its current name in 2009. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the listed Shenzhen Shenliang Holdings group, formerly Shenzhen Shenbao Industrial, and its registered office is in the Shenzhen Software Industry Base in Nanshan District. Registered capital is about 207.45 million yuan and the company reported 50 staff in 2024. The group had entered deep tea processing in 1993, before the subsidiary was incorporated.

The company processes tea and other plants into industrial raw materials for food and beverage manufacturers. Its lines cover raw leaf tea, instant tea powder, tea concentrate juice, freshly extracted tea liquid and plant extracts, produced through extraction, separation, concentration, purification, drying and aseptic filling. Its own brands include Jindiao for instant tea and concentrates, Juyfangyong for leaf tea and Yichong for fresh extracts. Deep processing was consolidated at a plant in Wuyuan, Jiangxi, completed in 2016.

It is recognised as a national high-tech enterprise and holds more than 50 Chinese invention patents. Production sites are certified to FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001. The company helped draft the national standard GB/T 21733 for tea beverages and two industry standards covering tea concentrate juice and instant tea powder for food manufacturing, and it runs a Guangdong provincial engineering research centre for tea deep processing.
