Tianjin Hexiyuan Lecithin Technology Co., Ltd.

Tianjin Hexiyuan Lecithin Technology has produced soy-based ingredients for more than ten years and is at Xin Cun, Minsheng Street, Duliu Town, Jinghai, Tianjin. Its range covers concentrated, hydrolysed, de-coloured, transparent and powdered soya lecithin, phosphatidylcholine, sunflower lecithin, soya oligosaccharides and soy protein, in food and pharmaceutical grades and in GMO and non-GMO versions, sold under the HEXIYUAN trademark.

In 2016 the company invested a further USD 50 million in a second plant, Shandong Lanhe Bio-Tech, built on 70,000 square metres using German process technology, and the two works are now run together with around 100 staff. Production is in GMP-standard workshops with three independent computer-controlled automatic lines, arranged so that GMO and non-GMO material can be kept separate, and total capacity is given as 10,000 tonnes a year. Workshop area is stated as 7,000 square metres.

The company holds a food-grade soya lecithin production licence, ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certification, and Halal and Kosher approvals, and states that its lecithin is made to international quality standards for a range of export markets.
