Wuxi Goldenhoo Food makes cocoa powder and cocoa liquor for baking and drinks. The powder range runs from natural and raw cocoa through alkalised grades to speciality types: black cocoa for dark biscuit doughs and sandwich cookies, red cocoa, high-fat cocoa, ultrafine cocoa and moisture-resistant grades meant for drink premixes.

The company started in 2018 at Wuxi in Jiangsu and runs its own plant together with an application laboratory, so it develops cocoa against a customer's finished product as well as selling from the catalogue. It puts annual output at 3,000 tonnes of speciality cocoa powder and 2,000 tonnes of cocoa liquor.
