Xiamen Yangjiang Foods Co., Ltd. (厦门洋江食品有限公司) makes oyster-based seafood seasonings and marked its fortieth anniversary in December 2021, placing its founding around 1981. Its plant is in the Qiongtou community of Maxiang, Xiang'an District, Xiamen, Fujian Province, an area with a long oyster fishing tradition.

The company produces oyster juice, oyster sauce and related shellfish extract seasonings, and describes itself as the first producer of oyster juice on the Chinese mainland. It is an export-oriented business whose products reach more than thirty countries and regions, with Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Malaysia among the main markets. It reports that its oyster juice export volume ranks among the highest in the sector.
