Zhejiang Jiadeli Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (浙江嘉德利生物科技有限公司) was established in 2018 in Longquan, a county-level city under Lishui in Zhejiang Province, with registered capital of 10 million RMB. It was designated a key inward investment enterprise by Longquan in 2019.

The company produces gelatin, gelatin powder and gelatin leaf, the sheet form sold in Chinese as jiliding pian. Current output is 1,000 tonnes of gelatin and 800 tonnes of gelatin sheets a year. It runs four fully automatic gelatin sheet lines. Its products go into soft capsules, confectionery and dairy applications, and it has developed collagen peptide and DHA-fortified gelatin sheets, both now in volume production.

The site covers 26,000 square metres with 33,000 square metres of plant floor area. Staff include three design engineers, eight technical staff, four quality inspectors and more than 80 production workers. Local reporting describes the company as having broken a foreign technical monopoly in gelatin sheet manufacture and as supplying raw material to several established brands.
