Zhejiang Qili Xingguang Cocoa Products Co., Ltd., known as XGCC, processes cocoa at Shaoxing in Zhejiang. The business started on 25 March 1993, when Shaoxing Grain Bureau, the Macao Nam Kwong Group and Shanghai Shenfeng Food Co., Ltd. jointly set up Zhejiang XGCC Products Co., Ltd. as a Sino-foreign joint venture. The company was re-established in the Paojiang district of Shaoxing in 2003 and listed on the New Third Board in 2016.

Annual processing capacity is given as 40,000 tonnes, drawing on more than thirty years of production experience and an accumulated patent portfolio. Products are sold under the XGCC, WELL SUN, BEIBAN and DOBA brands, and the company describes its equipment and process standards as having reached the level used in Europe and North America during the 2020s.
