Jiangsu Zidong Food Co., Ltd. (江苏紫东食品有限公司) was founded in 2008 and makes food additives and nutritional fortifiers. Its factory is in the Yangji Town industrial park in Guanyun County, Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, on a site of about 80 mu, roughly 53,000 square metres. The company keeps an office at Dehui Business Building in Haizhou District, Lianyungang, and maintains representative offices in other Chinese cities.

The range is built around inorganic salts. It covers phosphates including monopotassium and dipotassium phosphate, monosodium phosphate, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate and diammonium hydrogen phosphate, and calcium phosphates; sulphates including ferrous, copper, zinc, magnesium, manganese and ammonium sulphate; food-grade and feed-grade potassium chloride; citrates such as potassium citrate and ferrous citrate; acetates and sodium diacetate; ferrous fumarate; magnesium chloride; and urea. The company also blends compound food additives, multivitamin and compound nutrient premixes.

Zidong holds ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP certification, Kosher certification and Chinese green production materials certification. It has exhibited at the Food Ingredients China trade fair.
