Anhui Garlicare Bio-tech Co., Ltd.

GarliCare is the ingredient business of Anhui CAPA Bio-Tech, a company founded in 2013 to develop garlic and ginger as raw materials. Its products are garlic oil, allicin, garlic polysaccharide and garlic powder, together with ginger oil, ginger oleoresin, gingerols and ginger powder, sold into food, pharmaceutical and dietary supplement uses.

Processing combines modern separation technology with traditional steam distillation, an approach the company adopted to make use of the residues that distillation alone leaves behind. Annual garlic processing capacity is stated at more than 100,000 tonnes. The GarliCare plant was completed and started operation in 2023, covering 26,666 square metres with offices, R&D centres, production workshops and warehousing, and it also handles plant extract work beyond the two core crops.

Raw material control runs back to the field. The company operates its own garlic planting base, certified to GLOBALG.A.P., and manages variety selection, growing practice and crop protection itself, feeding a food safety traceability system supported by an in-house laboratory. Products and facilities hold ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRC, Kosher and Halal certification, and the company carries national high-tech enterprise status.

Research is done jointly with China Agricultural University, Hefei University of Technology and Anhui Agricultural University under an industry-academia-research platform covering staff training, project work and shared facilities. The site is southeast of the Xingye Avenue and Huanglou Road junction in the Xinqiao International Industrial Park, Shouxian County, Huainan, Anhui.
