Damin Foodstuff (Zhangzhou) Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995 and is one of the core businesses of Jiang's Holdings. It supplies instant tea and instant coffee powders, tea concentrates and related beverage ingredients, and organises its work around four raw-material areas: natural plants such as tea, coffee and herbs, marine organisms including microalgae, natural minerals such as organic calcium and selenium, and genetic engineering.

The head office and first plant are in Zhangzhou, Fujian province, with a second Zhangzhou plant and two further sites. The four locations cover 90, 180, 131 and 39 mu respectively, with production floor areas of 52,000, 18,000, 12,000 and 4,000 square metres. A commercial office operates from Wanxiang Enterprise Centre on Haojing Road in Minhang District, Shanghai.

A dedicated research centre was set up in 2002. It was recognised as a provincial enterprise technology centre in 2008, gained a provincial engineering research centre for tea and beverage processing in 2010 and a provincial key laboratory for beverage plant extraction in 2014, and hosts a postdoctoral research station approved in 2006. The company reports close to 80 patents, more than 40 of them invention patents. Certification covers ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP, BRC, AIB, US organic tea processing, Kosher and Halal, and its testing laboratory holds CNAS, CMA and UK FAPAS accreditation.
