Gansu Lantian Potato Industry Development Co., Ltd. (甘肃蓝天马铃薯产业发展有限公司) processes potatoes into starch and starch products at Chankou Town in the Anding District of Dingxi, Gansu Province. It was founded in 2002 as Dingxi Lantian Starch Co., Ltd. and renamed as its business widened from potato starch alone into starch products, potato protein and potato dietary fibre. Its registered business scope covers starch and starch product processing and sales, potato trading, agricultural crop cultivation and processing, and protein and dietary fibre production.

The site covers 86,000 square metres. The company reports total assets of 380 million yuan and registered capital of 40 million yuan, and employs more than 150 people, of whom 35 are technical staff. Its plant has been described as running three potato starch production lines of 30 tonnes each and one crystal noodle line with annual output of 5,000 tonnes.

The company holds ISO 22000 food safety and ISO 9001 quality management certification, and obtained China Green Food certification in 2013. It registered two trademarks, Xingze (幸泽) and Fujingtang (福景堂), the first of which is recognised as a Gansu Province famous trademark. Since 2010 it has been designated a key agricultural industrialisation leading enterprise by the Gansu provincial government and rated an AA+ credit enterprise by the Agricultural Bank of China. It began exporting to markets including the United States, Germany and Japan in 2024.
