Hebei Baoshijian Health Technology develops small-molecule oligopeptide ingredients for supplement and health food makers. The range covers marine and animal peptides, oyster peptide, sea cucumber peptide, fish collagen peptide and collagen tripeptide, calf thymus and deer-derived peptides, alongside plant oligopeptides from soy, rice, maize, wheat and pumpkin seed. It also sells probiotic cultures and works up finished health food formulations.

The company started in 2017 in the Yanjiao national high-tech development zone in Hebei, on the Beijing border. Its own site is a 300 square metre application laboratory rather than a factory, and production runs through four partner plants elsewhere in China, so it is closer to a developer and marketer of peptide ingredients than a fermenter or hydrolyser. It holds one invention patent and thirteen utility model patents.
